Hospitality Management Asia was established in 2007 and now employs over 1000+ people across Thailand, operating 20 restaurants in key locations such as Bangkok, Phuket, and Koh Samui and Pattaya. We continue to grow and thrive as one of Thailand's leading players in the F&B industry, serving over 500,000 clients per year.
Our culture is constantly evolving as a result of years of experience in creating a portfolio of diversified restaurant concepts. In 2016, we made a statement in the capital city with our award-winning restaurant Cocotte Farm Roast & Winery: a trendy and fashionable steakhouse concept. The restaurant has firmly established itself as an integral part of Bangkok's vibrant culinary landscape, garnering a loyal and devoted clientele who consistently choose to revisit our various brands.
Following Cocotte's success, Mozza by Cocotte, was introduced in 2017. The first branch of Mozza opened in the luxury shopping mall EmQuartier, and the brand quickly expanded to Siam Paragon, Central Festival in Phuket, Central Chidlom, and finally opened its fourth branch at the riverside shopping mall ICONSIAM in 2024. Mozza's culinary concept is rooted in authentic Italian comfort food, served in a warm and welcoming environment.
Victoria by Cocotte is a classic brasserie, brining a taste of Europe to the heart of Bangkok. The first branch opened on the ground floor of the iconic Emquartier shopping mall. Victoria's second branch opened in Centralworld in early 2022. Victoria by Cocotte has become a favourite hangout spot for locals and tourists alike, and continues to draw in new customers on a regular basis.
